DISTRIBUTION TYPE TRANSFORMER

Distribution transformers are transformers that provide the final voltage conversion in the electrical distribution system and reduce the voltage used in the distribution lines to the level used by the customer. Distribution transformers are three-phase, oil immersed (Mineral, Silicon or Non-Flammable Oil), naturally cooled (ONAN), forced cooling (ONAN/ONAF), with expansion tank open to atmosphere, hermetic fully closed to atmosphere, with no-load tap changer or on-load tap changer, cable boxed, porcelain insulator or epoxy resin insulator (plug-in bushing) is produced according to customer request, specification and specified standards.
