PROCEDURE DETAIL
4.1 Warranty Repair - Maintenance Works:
4.1.1 The transformer we produce is under the guarantee of our company for 2 years, and transformer failures caused by manufacturing are also made by our company.
4.1.2 When the Warranty Period expires, manufacturing errors are also charged. The start of the warranty period is based on the date the transformer was loaded from our factory to the transport vehicle.
4.1.3 There is a condition that the transformer that fails during the warranty period will fail due to a manufacturing defect. Defects caused by usage errors are not covered by the warranty. The necessary documents have been given to the buyer and detailed information is given within the scope of the warranty.
4.2 Nonconformities in Use/Operation Phase and New Products Desired:
4.2.1 In case of malfunction of the transformer due to production, it can be replaced with a new one, provided that it is in our stocks so as not to leave the company using the transformer in a difficult situation.
And with our mobile service vehicle, the scope of service is determined by the experienced personnel and the power cut is determined at the site; In case of any problem, we provide our valued customers with the shortest way to a solution by creating an appraisal report.
