The laboratory is a part of Kaplan Trafo, which is a legal entity. As defined in the Commercial Registry Gazette, our company has established a laboratory department for routine tests of transformers and obtaining test reports. (5.1)
The places of the personnel who will perform their duties in our laboratory and the personnel who will take part in the laboratory organization in general, and their connections with each other are indicated in the organizational chart below.
Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Quality Management Representative work under the General Manager. Laboratory Manager Conducting the Experiments. Responsible for the preparation of reports. The Laboratory Quality Management Representative is responsible for the operation of the Laboratory Quality Management System.

The location of Kaplan 1 Transformer Laboratory within the main organization is indicated in the laboratory organization chart. In addition, the relations between management, technical activities and support services are generally given in the following organization chart. Their duties are specified in the job descriptions. (5.5)
The department that the laboratory is associated with is the Oil Disposal Department and the Painting Department. Before the oil is disposed of, the oil sample is tested. (For Repaired Transformers). It is in relation with the paint section in the measurement of paint thickness. Other departments are completely dependent on transformer production and are in contact with each other during the production process. (5.5)
All test studies of our laboratory are carried out by applying the Procedures and Instructions prepared in accordance with the general requirements standard for TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 Experiment and Calibration Laboratories Competence.
It is at a level to meet the needs of its customers by employing managers and technical personnel with the necessary authorities / resources and adhering to the legal rules in the audits of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization and the Turkish Accreditation Agency. The laboratory management system shall cover the procedures and instructions applied, the measurements and experiments performed at the customer's facilities(5.4)

It has the necessary documentation to ensure the continuity of the management system and its compliance, to improve it, to eliminate nonconformities, to report to the management and related units, and to coordinate the studies on quality, in accordance with the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Requirements Standard for the Adequacy of Test and Calibration Laboratories.
